About the solution to Midterm 2002 Problem 2a, please change the statement from:
"Integration formula derived for a Pn(x) is Exact if F(x) is degree n or HIGHER"
to
"Integration formula derived with a Pn(x)
is Exact if f(x) is degree n or LOWER "
Also in computing Romberg Integration for composite Simpsons, u guys can use the equations given in the
first equation box on p.3 of the integration tutorial classnotes. That's is the general formula for Romberg, and in using
that, bear in mind that Simpsons start at O(h4) instead of O(h2) as it is in Trapizoidal. There is no need to go through the
entire derivation for the romberg integration formula during the midterm.

The midterm is on Thusday 30th Oct 2003 during
Tutorial. The 1.5 hr long midterm is open-book and open-notes.
